• Test Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and test plans for our Angular and Spring Boot-based software applications.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and methodologies to identify and address defects and issues early in the development cycle.
• Test Automation: Drive test automation efforts to increase test coverage and efficiency. Implement and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Test Execution: Oversee the execution of test cases, regression testing, and performance testing to ensure software quality meets or exceeds defined standards.
• Defect Management: Collaborate with development and product teams to triage, track, and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Documentation: Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the QA process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
