Job Description

Roles & responsibility:
1. Interact with test team and requirements team spread across geographies, to arrive at test automation design and strategy with available (in house) tools
2. Expertise in working with Manual as well as automations tools for testing like Selenium WebDriver
3. Develop, maintain and execute automated test scripts using Selenium.
4. Basic Understanding of Functional and Regression Test Automation.
5. Good knowledge on Selenium suite of Frameworks (Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, Cucumber etc.);
6. Understanding on Javascript based automation tool e.g. Cypress, Protractor etc.
7. Solid working knowledge on web and mobile application automation (iOS & Android)
8. Proficient in one of the programming languages (Java, Python)
9. Experience in code reviews and source code management.
10. Leads a team of junior engineers
11. Develop automation test strategy and approach.
12. Manage automation activities and provide status to stakeholders on accessing overall progress and completion.
13. Good at test management tools like Jira & Test rail
14. Good knowledge on automation frameworks:15. Data driven, Hybrid, Keyword Driven, BDD
16. Good knowledge on API automation:
17. SOAP UI, Postman, REST assured
18. Support overall QA activities such as development of Test Approach, Test Cases, and manual test execution as needed.
19. Confident, proactive with very good communication skills
20. Driven and management customer relationship with delivery at executive levels.

Good to Have:
1. ISTQB, SFDC certifications
2. Pre-sales and proposal creation
3. Exposure to AI driven automation framework

Qualification:
1. BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MCA or equivalent.
