QA Lead will have complete ownership for QA deliverable including test design, test executon, test automation and lead the implementation of test strategy, test plans & test execution of the product.
Good understandign of SDLC processes and CI-CD framework
Supports automation script development and the optimization of those scripts.
Guide the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Collaborate with product and dev teams to strategize & align prioties for release tasks and test automation.
To work with dev team for resolution of technical issues of the product as needed.
Responds appropriately and competently to the demands of work challenges when confronted with changes, ambiguity, adversity, and other pressures.
Report QA and automation status to stakeholders and in differrent folders as needed.
Ability ot co-ordinate with multiple teams to ensure QA activities of the product integrated with other systems in the organisation
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Experience in practicing QA deliveries in agile framework
Experience in automation preferraly in selenium using java.
Good to have experience in administrating JIRA and qTest tools
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
Passion for achieving excellence in technical, process, product quality and reliability.
Must be extremely detail and technology oriented and possess excellent communications skills.
