As QA Lead, you will be responsible for Automation and Manual QA activities of various applications including manual testing, DB testing, Regression testing, database testing T4 technical support expert.
Here's how you'll contribute:
You'll do this by:
• Develop QA strategy
• Develop and execute test cases
• Designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
• Executing tests on source code.
• Analysing test results and reporting to the development team.
• Working with the development team to correct bugs and errors
• Set up best practices and optimizations throughout testing and bug-fixing processes
• Establish and implement rigorous reporting and automated monitoring systems
• Manage multiple projects
Core Skills:
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Prior Cisco experience is a plus
• Prior experience with Cisco Learning and Certification will be a plus
• Should have good communication skills
• Should have prior experience of working directly with customers.
• Should be familiar with Agile methodology and JIRA
