Responsibilities:
As a Testing Manager, the candidate will be involved in defining the testing process for the product testing with the Scrum Master & Product Manager.
Create, plan and implement various testing phases and take ownership of the entire software testing life cycle.
Should be able to play the role of both Testing Manager and Test Engineer especially on Performance and Security Testing.
Create a detailed performance testing report post testing and provide recommendations on improvements.
Understand the security test reports and track to bring the issues to closure.
Should coordinate and complete the testing activities.
Should be able to communicate with different solution owners in improving the testing process.
Requirements:
In depth knowledge of testing methodologies.
Should be an expert in Performance Testing.
In-depth experience on performance testing using JMeter\Load Runner or similar tools.
Must be able to execute benchmark, load, stress, endurance, and other non-functional performance tests.
Monitor application logs to determine system behaviour. Analyze the CPU utilization, memory usage.
Test network usage, garbage collection and DB parameters and DB reports to verify the performance of the applications.
Generate performance graphs, session reports and other related documentation required for validation and analysis.
Identify memory leakage, connection issues & bottlenecks in the application.
Experience on security testing with knowledge of OWASP top 10 and other security standards.
Knowledge on automation frameworks and experience on working on them is a plus.
Must have programming scripting experience.
Able to lead a team of people and effectively train team members when the need arises.
