Responsibilities:
Manage a team of QA resources to deliver projects on a global software platform (Salesforce) and various other corporate systems, tools, and scripts. Responsible for overall QA efforts and deliverable including test planning. Resource allocation and task assignment.
Lead daily testing activities including defect triage, test execution and status reporting.
Collaborate with other internal groups to translate business and functional requirements into technical implementation for the automation of existing processes and the development of new applications
Work on projects from specification gathering, to development, to QA, user acceptance testing, and deployment to production. Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding project status and update.
Participate in meetings and organize work and/or training sessions around new software being introduced into the ICE technology environment
Document changes and author documentation on software functionality
Knowledge and Experience
3 + years’ experience as people manager
5 + years’ experience as QA project leader to lead QA efforts that successfully delivery major projects within a large organization.
8 + years’ overall experience with progressive QA career path.
Project/time management
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Some form of customer-facing or consulting experience is a plus
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
Knowledge of test case mapping and execution, Test Automation, JavaScript, web design, web applications, data structures
Experience with the any of following technologies/tools is a plus: Python, SOAP, REST, XML, SharePoint, Jira, Selenium, TestComplete, SOAP UI, Xray
Preferred Skills and Experience
Previous experience as QA leader on salesforce implementation project
Previous experience as QA leader on salesforce integration testing and data migration testing
Previous experience as QA leader on ORMB
