Main Responsibilities:
Agility to work in Waterfall/Agile teams.
Lead the team for QA activities for DSR and Automation.
Identification of Automation scenarios using Python Behavior Driven development framework..
Sound knowledge and experience of various testing including Functional, Integration, System, Performance, Sanity, Ad-hoc, and Regression testing.
Review feature requirements for testing.
Review Test Plan authored based on requirements.
Participate in Defect triage discussions.
Experience/Knowledge:
Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in the following areas are required:
Minimum 15+ Years of experience in testing and automation using python.
Work experience with Cloud , Openstack ,Vmware and OCI.
Experience in Functional test planning, Test case Design ,Execution ,Defect logging, tracking and monitoring. JIRA knowledge will be an added advantage
Experience in LTE, IMS and 3G/3.5G networks, Telecom protocol testing, quality assurance testing on products of any of the following technologies: Client/Server, Linux based Servers; Network Protocols (such as TCP/IP, UDP, SCTP)
Strong experience of telecom protocols including SS7, Diameter, Radius, TLS, REST, SOAP, SNMP. Knowledge on SCEF will be an added advantage.
Understanding and experience of Network Routing, and congestion control, load sharing, failovers.
Knowledge and experience on Wireshark analysis and Good exposure to Linux.
CI & CD using Jenkins and Behavior Driven Development is an added advantage.
Experience on both IPv4 and IPv6 will be an added advantage
Knowledge and Experience on Python, Selenium will be an added advantage.
Knowledge and experience of HP Rackmount and Blade servers will be an added advantage.
Exposure of NFVI architecture will be an added advantage.
Should have good troubleshooting/debugging skills.

Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams
Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities.
Technical Skills:
SS7 & LTE protocols: SCCP, MAP, TCAP, MTP2, MTP3, M3UA, M2PA, Diameter, SIP, ENUM,Radius, TLS, REST, SOAP, SNMP
OS : Linux, Virtual environment (Openstack, HEAT templates etc)
Network Performance Monitoring, Wireshark, Traffic generator tools (MGTS, MEAT, SEAGULL, FLOCK, AXEL.)
Network Programming, TCP/IP, SCTP/IP
Behavior Driven development using Python
Qualifications:
BS/MS/BE/B. Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
A minimum of 15+years of Testing and automation experience.
