Job Description

We’re looking for a QA Manager with a specialization in Functional , Automation & Performance testing. You must have extensive hands-on experience in driving test automation using the Selenium WebDriver API.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, passionate, motivated and technically strong QA Manager who will primarily improve upon and facilitate implementation of QA best practices within . In addition, it would be great to have somebody who is passionate about improving the customer experience. Successful candidates are creative QAMs who take great pride in both the technical and business contribution of their work and are passionate about great software and ultimately a great customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and mentorship to QA engineers within the team

Create detailed and comprehensive test strategies

Review test plans created by QA engineers

Strong Communication Skills

Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather automation requirements, design automated tests and implement scalable test automation solutions

Design, develop and manage automated testing artifacts. Provide a practical approach to complex testing, specifically in the areas of the automation of test cases for the purposes of regression testing

Familiar with source code, version management, and code deployment standards. Ensure that QA processes and procedures for test environments are followed and that the integrity of the various environments are not compromised.

Ensure adherence to standardized QA policies, processes and documentation standards.

Help define automated test scripts. Test case reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed

Working remotely, while collaborating with global teams for delivery across geographies.

Oversee design of test processes and procedures to ensure an end-to-end regression test suite including System Integration Testing to reduce repetitive manual testing

Turn high-level requirements into test scenarios through the user story refinement process

Must be able to demo appropriate testing actions to team members and stakeholders

Identify training needs to facilitate the professional development of QA engineers

Ensure that QA processes, methodologies, and best practices are documented and accessible

Establish trust with the customer’s leadership, promoting and/or implementing standard processes.

Skills :

A bachelor’s degree in a business or technology related major and relevant Salesforce certification

Experience working with Salesforce CRM systems in a technical capacity

10+ years years of experience

Experience with CPQ and Communities is preferred

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Advanced knowledge of Node.js/JavaScript and Java

Advanced knowledge of XPath

Expert knowledge of the Selenium WebDriver API.

Expert knowledge of REST API usage.

Expert knowledge of Git and advanced Git workflows.

Advanced knowledge of SQL

Experience with the Salesforce platform (Lightning and Classic UI's) is must

Experience with Salesforce REST API is a plus

Experience with the performance tools: JMeter, yourkit

Experience analyzing and interpreting large volumes of production data using Splunk to understand throughput, latency, memory, and CPU utilization.
