Job Description

You will develop, review and execute formal test plans, test cases/scripts to ensure the delivery of quality software applications in a dynamic environment. Participates in application, network, system, functional, regression, and user acceptance testing and ensure traceability from requirements to test cases, document and generate reports and quality related metrics.

You will perform technical testing activities include planning, design, scripting, execution, troubleshooting, and reporting. Collaborate with technical and business groups to define testing scope, monitor and execute automation/performance test activities, research new tools and test approaches and involve in their implementation and monitoring.

Automate test cases using test automation tools such as TOSCA, Hammer Call Master etc to automate Test scripts.

For large projects, monitors and executes automation/performance testing activities. To define the testing scope, you will work with technical and business groups. New tools and testing methodologies should be researched, implemented, and monitored.

What will you do:
• Experienced with testing Contact center technologies such as Contact Center self-service applications such as Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems, Virtual Assistant, Softphone, Chat, SMS, Email and web applications (.Net) and using MS SQL for test data creation and verification.
• Knowledge of test case automation design and implementation with Tricentis TOSCA, Hammer tools.
• Good knowledge of information systems elements (hardware, software, network) and their application to business functions/processes.
• Good understanding of the key processes in the business and the business rules that impact the development and/or implementation of information systems.
• Facilitate test meetings and escalating issues/concerns to the project management team as needed.

What will you need to have:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience and/or Certifications. 3-5 years of related technical experience.
• Experience in Automation and manual testing of Contact Center self-service applications such as Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems, Virtual Assistant, Softphone, Chat, SMS, Email etc. and Salesforce Service Cloud, CRM applications and Case Management tools.
• Knowledge of automation tools: Tricentis Tosca, Empirix Hammer.
• Hands on experience in testing REST and SOAP API and web services using Postman, SOAPUI

What is good to have:
• Python or Java knowledge a plus
