Should participate in requirements meetings / PI Planning calls, understand the changes and should do impact assessment and prepare test cases / scenarios for the assigned deliverable.
Should be able to drive the team on E2E related flows and ensure to work closely with PO and user community for the demos.
Managing automation activities like scripting, test design, test result analysis, improvement recommendations, and reporting.
Ensuring application release cycle are on track and adjust plan to meet release timelines.
Supporting projects by focusing majorly on writing Java, Java script & node js programs in the context of quality testing/automation.
Providing automation engineering support and work towards delivering highly efficient and reliable applications to the customers.
Should be able to drive the team on E2E related flows and ensure to work closely with PO and user community for the demos.
Should automate the test execution and identify the defects through automation.
Should understand the org KPIs (Progression automation, automation efficiency, regression automation, CI/CD etc) and diligently follow and accomplish the targets defined.
Should work closely with Dev partners and users both onshore / offshore and close the action items

• Would be good if experienced with test-driven development (TDD) / behavior-driven development (BDD)
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe teams.

Responsible for many facets of testing including developing test automation, which includes coding and scripting, defining test cases, reviewing test case plans, coordinating test case assignments, overseeing execution, and ensuring test coverage. Responsibilities also include driving support in validation of test release criteria and defect analysis to ensure property quality and debug and troubleshoot any deployment issues.
• Analyze business development requirements and develop the plan for implementing testing solutions.
• Develop and implement the testing framework that developers will utilize to ensure that products and services are meeting requirements.
• Develop automation processes to more effectively test software development and quicken the time to production.
• Work with internal teams across the development process to provide updates, determine solutions to issues, and add additional criteria if necessary.
• Analyze the testing results and continue to enhance the process, resolving existing issues and utilizing feedback from developers.
