Participate proactively in daily standup meetings, sprint planning, story grooming sessions, team retrospectives, suggesting and implementing improvements
Provide input to ensure the proper testing tasks are scheduled during the sprint planning process
Develop test scenarios and test scripts based on user stories
Perform system, regression, functional, end-to-end and application performance testing
Collaborate with all other team members offering quality assistance
Looks for opportunities to automate manual regression testing
Report defects and work with the team to resolve
Develop and measure test coverage across all application dimensions
Ensure proper use of testing tools
Developing test case gathering techniques
Configure, use and manage test environments and data
Coach other team members in relevant aspects of testing
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:
Hands on QA testing experience with web-based applications
Experience in automated testing, including unit and functional, testing with tooling such as Selenium, Tricentis, Cucumber, or other opensource frameworks
Experience with Unified Functional Testing (formerly known as QTP)
Experience with Microsoft DevOps (formerly Team Foundation Server-TFS) a plus
