We are looking for a QA Test Lead whose responsibilities will include assurance of quality deliverables with automation development on the distributed platform and integration.
Required must skills:
Overall 8 + years’ experience
Minimum of 5+ Years of Experience in Automation Testing.
Minimum of 2 – 3 years experience in Manual Testing.
Good Hands-on experience in Behaviour Driven Development tool – Cucumber.
Strong in Java Maven concepts.
Good experience in testing frameworks – TestNG.
Good experience in UI test automation tools – Selenium.
Experience in writing SQL Queries - DB Testing.
Good experience in API Testing.
Experience in writing Automation frameworks.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Integrate into and develop CI/CD pipeline to enable continuous integration and deployment of automation harness.
Experience in being a mentor for a team comprising of both experienced – Manual tester as well as fresh graduates who are QA developers.
Experience in creating and reviewing test plans and strategy
Strong Software Test engineering methodology and process expertise.
Keen troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in Agile Methodology.
Identifying quality issues and creating test reports.
Actively Participate in requirement, design discussions.
Close interaction with Team Leads, Product Managers and Development & QA team members and Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Collaborating with the design team to solve application faults.
Ability to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the overall team capabilities.
Must be able to learn new technical areas quickly.
Must be a motivated self-starter with a short learning curve.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong customer focus with ability to work in teams as well as independently and deliver timely support.
Experience in formulating QA standards and best practices, organizational policies and processes and strategic plans
