Responsibilities:
Execute test cases and analyze results to ensure the functionality, reliability, and performance of our software applications.
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies using a bug tracking system.
Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide timely feedback.
Develop and implement test plans, test scripts, and test cases based on project specifications.
Perform regression testing to validate software changes and updates.
Conduct exploratory testing to uncover unexpected issues and ensure a comprehensive testing approach.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging testing methodologies.
Provide clear and concise feedback to the development team to facilitate the resolution of identified issues.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
Relevant Experience of 5-8 years.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a QA Tester or in a similar quality assurance role.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
Experience with manual testing, test case design, and execution.
Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality software products.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
