Primary Skill:
5+ years of experience on testing SAP applications including a mix of SAP FSCD, FSRI, Business Partner (SAP BP), Workflow and FiGL modules
P&C insurance QA
Secondary Skills:
Have Knowledge on SAP BAPI/RFC and have worked on SAP integrations with various upstream applications. GuideWire (GW) system would be of particular interest, or any Policy/Claim Admin System
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in Business Analysis (BA), Quality Analyst (QA) activities of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
5+ years of experience on SAP applications including a mix of SAP FSCD, FSRI, Business Partner (SAP BP), Workflow and FiGL modules
QA Testing experience in SAP modules
Good SAP knowledge
Experience in SAP TOSCA Automation Tool would be nice to have
Should have experience in SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)
Insurance/Reinsurance domain knowledge will be added advantage
BA/QA experience on application maintenance, enhancement, and Production Support areas on Information Technology (IT) systems

Experience with SAP releases using SAP CHARM application and interaction with SAP BASIS teams for Production deployment activities
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Create new test cases, analyze failures and fix the test scripts independently
Interact with different SAP teams and understand test case to be automated
Review/create Test Plans, Test Scenarios, define Test cases, review and maintain Test scripts, log and analyze bugs/defects
Coordinate UAT activities with business users for sign-off and perform SAP regression testing before every Production release
Troubleshoot and triage source to target system data using XML, log viewers, interface, and SAP data
Lead QA team of 5-6 members at onsite/offshore
