Own and drive the QA testing efforts in the PRoSE application
Own the automation regression test scripts using the tool Ranorex
Abide the SDLC requirements on QA side and enable the best practices in testing
Conduct integration, system testing of all minor and major deliverables
Coordinate for UAT working with the business
Maintain all the QA artifacts and capture the evidences that can be traced using the requirement traceability
Close collaboration with the IT team and business stakeholders at Global regions
Skills & Knowledge
Qualification & Certifications
8+ years of experience in IT industry as a QA lead
Bachelor’s Degree or more
Primary Skills (Must Have)
Proven Experience in manual and automation testing
Sound experience in the automation testing tool Ranorex
Very good communication skills
Strong analytic, problem solving, and collaborative skills
Automation Testing experience in testing Desktop applications
Secondary Skills (Good to Have)
Good experience to JIRA, Xray project management and testing artifacts tools
Experience working within a financial institution, preferably within Front Office IT, with exposure to the business
