Work closely with QA Lead/Manager and product teams to understand the requirement and create test cases accordingly
Assess software quality through manual testing.
Responsible for finding and reporting bugs as per the expected guidelines.
Create meaningful test data and prioritize test activities
Work with Customer Success team closely to troubleshoot any customer reported issues
Work with cross functional teams to ensure quality throughout and software development lifecycle
Skills
Well versed with various type of manual testing such as A/B testing, integration testing, Black box testing, etc.
Well versed with manual testing lifecycle
Familiar with testing tools like JIRA, Test Rails.
Knowledge across multiple OS: Windows, Linux, Mac OS X.
Should know basic database concepts.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks.
Exposure to virtualization environment will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in cyber security domain will be an added advantage
