We are looking for a Quality Analyst for HRMS Implementation project in US/Canada geo. Details below:
• 5-6 yrs of solid experience as a Quality Analyst in IT organizations covering complete SDLC.
• Desirable: Experience working in BA-QA role
• Write Functional, Integration and Regression test cases from the analysis of requirements document.
• Actively participate in the discussions with the stakeholders, vendors and technical teams, drive testing across teams, get the issues resolved.
• Defect logging and tracking
• Track test progress, create test status report
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills.
• Experience with testing management tools, Excel, Share Point, version controlling of documents.
• Willingness to work overlapping with US timezone
• Desirable: Experience in HRMS domain areas: Employee Central, Onboarding / Offboarding, Learning, Performance Management, Succession.
• Desirable: Product implementation experience.
