We’re looking for a motivated testing analyst who can pick things up quickly, and bring experience of creating test cases, writing test scripts and performing user acceptance testing for technology in an Agile environment.
You'll need a firm grounding in testing methodologies, including a range of Agile testing methods such as test driven development and behaviour driven development, and you'll have experience of using automation tools like Selenium and Silk Central to reduce the need for manual testing.
Additionally, we’ll be looking for:
Experience of working with business and technology teams to test ideas, products and designs
Experience in functional and non-functional testing such as system, system integration, user, load, volume, stress, security, accessibility, compatibility, penetration and back-out
The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to peers and management
Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills
