The Jr QA Analyst is responsible for carrying out testing activities related to all GTT applications. In this role, the Jr QA Analyst will support the application testing and releases at the highest level of quality. Jr QA Analyst will execute and report on tests conducted and manage resulting defects, assist development with replicating and debugging problems.
Essential Job Functions:
Create test case scenarios for product functionality based upon product specifications and implemented functionality.
Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.
Ensures the ability to find/log bugs or defects quickly.
Track and report on testing progress.
Perform regression testing with support from leads.
Strong interpersonal skills – ability to work with Systems team.
Duties, responsibilities, and activities may be assigned or changed from time to time.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
The ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science or business and/or equivalent education and experience
Exposure/training in software quality assurance.
Knowledge in software development lifecycle, terms, and concepts.
Knowledge with defect management system(s) is Needed.
Knowledge of testing methodologies preferred.
Hands on experience in Microsoft Office minimum of 1 year.
Knowledge in Telecom industry is preferred.
There should be No Backlogs at the time of Selection Process.
The education gap should be of maximum 2 years, if any, is allowed between 10th and graduation.
Candidates who have participated in any GTT Interview process in the last 9 Months are not eligible.
Should be from a Full-time Degree course recognized by the Central/State Government of India.
The candidates must not have any pending attendance requirement with the college.
