Primary Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze the simulation and UI specifications
• Review the test procedures and develop test scenarios around the specifications
• Execute test cases (both manual and automated) and analyze the test results
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help with triaging and troubleshooting issues
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Required Skills, Abilities & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, with an interest towards Ophthalmology and healthcare simulation
• Minimum 2-3 years of QA testing/analyst experience
• Experience in QA methodology, Agile framework, and regression testing
• Working knowledge of test management software, such as Zephyr is preferred
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, verbally and written
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Strong organizational skills (good to have)
• Technology savvy, with awareness of latest QA trends
