Responsibility to Lead QA Test automation teams.
Responsible for Test Strategy and providing detailed estimates.
Responsible for Test Plan creation and execution.
Planning, scheduling, progress reporting and closure for each testing deliverable and assisting with identification of test environment and test data requirements.
Verify application test analysis and design deliverables.
Design of Manual, Automated and Performance testing. Design and implement test cases and test plans for automated, manual and black box test scenarios.
Ability to lead and execute Manual black box, gray box testing.
Review and understand cross-system impacts and provide application risk analysis.
Responsible for project communication with all stakeholders and interested parties.
Training and coaching more junior team members.
Defect tracking, verify readiness and conduct root cause analysis as required.

Minimum of a Computer Science Degree or related educational background and, or equivalent experience.
Required Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
