Job Description

Role Summary:
• Perform quality review and approval of process validation protocols and reports, method validation protocols and reports.
• Perform Root cause analysis and follow resilient approach to working, always asking the tough questions to identify the root causes of issues.
• Reporting on Delivery Assurance status and progress, making sure tools are fit for purpose and documentation is up to date
• Demonstrate process followed in software production, delivery and support functions
• Measure and track Software Quality Metrics.
• Other job responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Carefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions
• Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
• Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development
• Track metrics, review and approve change controls, deviations, investigations, compliance, audits, product releases and rejections and other QA KPIs and Interpret, build upon, and comply with quality assurance standards
• Reporting on Delivery Assurance status and progress, making sure tools are fit for purpose and documentation is up-to-date
• Demonstrated knowledge of Development & testing best practices, version control practices and defect management practice.

Must Have
• 6 to 9 years as Quality Assurance/Quality Control Lead
• Expertise in IT service management operations such as service requests, incident management, change management, configuration management and other ITSM processes
• Strong L3 and L2 Support function knowledge and service management operations experience
• Sound understanding of the SDLC process and methodologies
• Expertise in Quality Assurance
• Expertise in auditing the SDLC project delivery and its process by phase
• Knowledge in implementing process maturity to SDLC projects
• Knowledge and experience capturing SDLC metrics and reporting
• E2E knowledge and experience on SDLC process, methodologies and terminologies.
• Knowledge and experience in quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Effective communication skills
• Expertise in excel techniques and formula
• VB excel macro experience is good to have
• Trained in ITIL/CMMI models/Six Sigma/Lean Process/Value –Stream mapping etc.

Good to have
• US Healthcare industry experience
• A certification in ITIL or ISO
• Experience in Testing delivery and end to end knowledge on the delivery models (Waterfall/Agile)
