The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for complete end-to-end testing lifecycle
Ensure that the quality reviews as defined in Organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) are carried out and the results are logged for key each project and activities undertaken in the designated work area
Define project relevant SOPs / Procedures and conduct Training and documentation
Coordination with the client, software/product designers, developers, managers for quality assurance requirements
Leading the QA team in designing QA test procedures, review test cases and execute critical test cases
Thorough understanding of manual testing and Automation testing of web-based and desktop-based applications and perform analysis if required
Review all kind of test cases for functional, performance, security, scalability, Automation testing
Suggest and implement new tools and techniques to improve the test efficiency, enhancement of the QA strategies and processes
Knowledge of Test Management tool, Selenium, Issue reporting tool is must
Prepare ‘Test Result Report (TRR)’, Bug Trend reports, Root cause analysis documentation, Reports generation for ISO, and SM meetings
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
B.Sc. (IT) / B.E. / MCA or other Technical Graduates with 7-10 Years of relevant experience in Software Development or Testing or Quality Assurance
1-2 year of experience as Quality assurance Team lead / Manager from Software solutions provider
In-depth knowledge of Software Testing Process and methodologies is a pre-requisite
Keen desire to research and learn emerging testing techniques and ability to incorporate these meaningfully in the scheme of things for our products
ADDED ADVANTAGE QUALIFICATION / SKILL-SETS
Strong written communication
Knowledge of Automation testing tool is must
Knowledge of Android /iOS testing tool is added advantage
Knowledge of Security testing tool is added advantage
Analysis and problem-solving capability with lateral thinking ability as part of a team, or individually, to meet the needs of the project
