As a Manager, Quality Assurance you will provide project management and leadership on medium to large-scale projects with internal and direct customer impact. Responsible for day-to-day management of Engineering team to ensure the technical quality, product quality, and efficient use of resources. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within agreed-upon quality standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams within OpenText and partner with key stakeholders.

What it takes:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree
12+ Years related experience, of which at least 8 years in development, 4+ years of experience as engineering lead/manager
Strong design and coding experience
Extensive experience with Java, Tomcat, Install Anywhere, InstallShield, Spring, Struts, Hibernate and Oracle
Experience and exposure to Cloud related technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure and GCP
Strong working experience in testing frameworks like Selenium with Protractor/JBehave or Cucumber
10+ years’ experience with Java, Selenium, Maven, IntelliJ, Powershell, Git, Jenkins(CI/CD), Allure reporting, SQL
Experience with developing REST API
Proficiency in server technologies including J2EE & RESTful API
Experience in Angular Js
Strong / deep understanding of Object-oriented design and associated modeling tools
Working knowledge of open source technologies: Linux, Apache
