We are looking for a Manager of Quality Assurance for Policy Compliance product to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers. You will be responsible for keeping product quality high and identifying issues before product reaches to customer.
An excellent Quality Assurance Manager has eyes like a hawk and solid experience in quality control. The ideal candidate is a reliable and competent professional whose approval will be necessary for the continuation of Product releases.
The goal is to assure the high quality of our operations and services aiming to the long-term success of our Product.
Responsibilities:
Devise QA standards and processes to inspect and report quality issues in product.
Monitor all operations that affect quality.
Supervise and guide Testers - Manual, Automation, Performance Engineers to increase the product quality in every release.
Assure the reliability and consistency of Product by checking processes and final output continuously.
Appraise customers’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied and add the automation test cases to existing suite for new functionality.
Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing production issues.
Review current processes and test cases - manual, automation and fine tune them to achieve high quality
