Responsibilities:
Execute, maintain and improve the overall Quality Assurance strategy for the SOTI product line.
Develop, review and publish standards, policies and procedures for all functions involved with or related to the quality and testing.
Ensure all QA tools are fully utilized by all the members of the team and knowledge is properly transferred.
Create and maintain reports on Quality metrics.
Ultimately responsible for the quality of the product.
Execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing requirements.
Interact with all involved stakeholders to co-ordinate release plans.
Qualifications:
A minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quality Assurance Manager within an enterprise software delivery environment, including test planning, implementation and execution.
A minimum 5 years’ experience in a leadership and management position in QA.
Planning and designing of automated test suites.
Experience in performance testing and benchmarking. (i.e. Load and stress testing)
Experience with Continuous Delivery.
Experience in API testing and application security testing a plus.
Proficient in JIRA, TFS and an ability to learn quickly.
Experience in agile software development methodology.
An ability to work with cross-functional as well as senior leadership teams.
Demonstrated leadership, coaching and mentoring skills combined with flexibility working in a dynamic and fast growing product development environment.
Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of stakeholders.
Solid multi-tasking and problem resolution abilities.
Graduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering a plus
Demonstrated experience with Enterprise Mobility Management solutions a plus
