Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of performance testing strategy using Micro Focus LoadRunner.
• Conduct continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite.
• Create automation strategy, automated scripts and support data and environment configuration.
• Participate in code reviews, monitor, and report defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across the application lifecycle.
Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
• Good To Have Skills: Performance Testing Strategy.
• Experience in continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite.
• Experience in creating automation strategy, automated scripts and supporting data and environment configuration.
• Experience in participating in code reviews, monitoring, and reporting defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.
Additional Information:
• The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful quality-driven solutions.
