3 to 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation, with a focus on Salesforce applications. Relevant experience in TOSCA should be 5 years.
Proficiency in Tosca automation tool, including test case design, execution, and maintenance.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
Experience working in agile development teams and familiarity with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional agile teams.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are a plus.
TOSCA certification is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with developers, and PA’s to understand user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for Salesforce projects.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using TOSCA for Salesforce applications, including functional, integration, regression, and end to end testing between Salesforce and SAP ERP.
Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure alignment with project goals and priorities.
Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results to identify defects, anomalies, and areas for improvement in Salesforce applications.
Work closely with development teams to prioritize and resolve identified issues in a timely manner, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software increments.
Contribute to the design and implementation of robust automation frameworks and strategies tailored to Salesforce projects within the agile development environment.
Perform data validation and verification in Salesforce databases and interfaces using SQL queries to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports, to support agile development activities.
Collaborate with QA team members to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes.
