Job Description

Required technical skills:
Experience in Agile development methodology and Jira tool
Hand-on experience in Test Management lifecycle. Take responsibility of testing of complex or multiple software applications using standard engineering practices.
Strong experience in Test automation design, development and execution using various tools eg. Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, SoapUI, RestAssured etc.
Exposure to testing applications on cloud like AWS, Azure
Knowledge of CI-CD and DevOps concepts is Preferred.
Various automation testing for Web, Functional UI/API/DB, Mainframe testing
Understanding and working experience of Non-functional testing is preferred
DC functional knowledge in WI domain, especially about FPRS, Ventura and Recordkeeping services will be an added advantage.

17+ Years of Quality Engineering / Software Testing Experience
Hands-on experience as Quality Engineering chapter leader or leader for a critical product area managing QA team with Automation and SDET (Java, API, Database) Skills.
Experience leading, mentoring, and coaching people and robust teams. Dedicated to helping associates grow and develop their skills and knowledge. Likewise, we are committed to developing your own expertise and knowledge.
5+ years of experience working in an agile delivery environment. Within an agile structure, collaborate with other leaders/ stakeholders/ business partners to craft the standards for our chapter, influence our strategic decisions and build solutions that surpass customers’ expectations
Deep Quality Engineering technical knowledge on automation framework, standards, and best practices, Industry trends and tools.
Passionate about engineering excellence, empowerment of individuals/team, innovation, teamwork and must be eager to learn and guide every day.
Experience with resource planning and allocation within and across organizations. Continuously developing & maintaining outstanding chapter expertise and talent in order to support the squads & groups.
