Job Description

Responsibilities:
Understand the requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project documentation to ensure the products’ quality and tests to be developed.
Apply, design & develop automated testing strategies, and build automated scripts.
Execute test scripts, analyze failures, report defects & generate test execution reports.
Test Automation for various test scenarios and acceptance tests.
Collaborating with Product Owners and Software Developers to develop solutions.
Lead and mentor a team of Senior and Junior Automation QA professionals, offering them strategic guidance and shaping our automation platform for the future.

What We’re Looking For:
SDET / QA Automation Engineer with 10+ years of experience in test automation using Selenium with C#.
Experience in BDD using SpecFlow, Cucumber, and Gherkin.
Self-managed individual who can actively build automation frameworks from scratch.
Hands-on experience on TeamCity, Git CI/CD.
Good in implementing a Service Level Automation Framework.
Experience in designing high-efficiency tests for scalable, distributed, fault-tolerant applications.
Experience in API and GUI automation testing.
Advanced Knowledge of OOP/OOD, Design patterns, and SOLID principles.
Good understanding of STLC, Testing Pyramid & SDLC.
Good knowledge of databases like MS SQL Server or similar.
Experience of working “AGILE + DevOps” process management methodology.
Experience with modern DevOps tools like Git, TeamCity, TFS, etc.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, and can work independently
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Must have strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Good to have exposure to implementing Automation solutions to Agile Scrum and other SW development lifecycles.
Should be growth-oriented, confident, and self-starter.

The following experience would be advantageous:
ISTQB certification
Prior Experience with the AWS platform is a plus.
Knowledge of Splunk is a plus.
Performance Testing using JMeter is a plus
