Experience of working as a tester/Engineer or in a similar position
Evaluating written code to ensure it meets project specifications
Developing quality assurance strategies and organizing phased testing with QA engineers
Monitoring errors in the system and discussing them with other colleagues
Helping with bug detection and fixing
Conducting product/regression testing after its presentation
Testing and analysing the results
Experience with Automation testing, preferably with Selenium
Collaborating on quality assurance within a team
Skills required:
Commercial banking Domain experience is Mandatory
More than 3+ years of experience in Testing/manual testing field
Comprehensive knowledge of test management tools(Example ALM)
Basic knowledge of programming languages and code review skill will add values
Ability to think critically and analytically
Ability to quickly and efficiently solve problems with Agile mindset. Having Agile work experience will help
Ability to handle complex environments and strict delivery deadlines
Ability to handle different business and Technical stakeholders
Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance methodologies
