QA Technical Transformation experience (Microservice based Architecture)
Team size 30+ resources
API Automation experience
DevOps (CI/CD ) knowledge
Non-functional testing exp like - Security / Performance / DB
At least 10 to 12 years of experience in software testing and 3 to 4 years of relevant experience as a Test/Program Manager.
Must have experience in executing QE transformation programs
Strong leadership to drive initiative and lead whole transformation
Overall experience in Test Framework Design, Test Automation, Test Data Management.
Must have experience with industry leading tools for UI and API test automation
Advance or Expert level certification in ISTQB.
Experience in test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Rest Assured. (Micro service testing exp)
Experience in designing tests based on Agile testing approaches, design, and development of supporting frameworks, defining test plan, defining various metrics with reports, and managing the IT and Business stakeholders by creating visibility and transparency through the reports.
Strong DevOps (CICD )knowledge in terms of integrating the test automation into the continuous deployment and delivery pipeline.
Preferably got certification in Safe.
