Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
1. Analyse the User Stories/Requirements and Identify the Test scope needed to Validate the solution.
2. Design and Execute Smoke/Functional/Regression/API/Data Migration Test cases for the User stories within a Sprint (Agile/Scrum).
3. Work closely with Module Test Lead to Design and Execute End-to-End Functional Integration Test cases before Go-Live.
4. Analyse the Test Results and ensure issues are addressed (Defect Management).
5. Ensure Accuracy, Coverage, and traceability for the Test cases.
6. Report test activities and metrics to the Module Test lead.
7. Collaborate with Business consultants/Business users, Development team to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements.
8. Work proactively with the project team to identify risks/key issues that affect quality and work with the project teams to mitigate them.
9. Adhere to best practices in testing while continuing to improve the quality and productivity.
10.Use Azure DevOps and Azure Test Plan effectively for all the Test Management activities and Reporting.
The ideal candidate possesses these skills
1. Degree Holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
2. 4-6 years experience of Quality Assurance experience.
3. Minimum 2-3 years experience as Salesforce Quality Analyst.
4. Experience in Handling Testing for Sales cloud (strong in Case Management - Web to Case , E mail to Case , escalation, Assignment rules, Milestone Validation, Partner Portal Testing) is a must.
5. Experience with APIs and API testing tools – Postman is an added advantage.
6. Experience with Data Migration Testing
7. Experience building test plans, test cases and test scenarios.
8. Background with end-to-end testing process and methods in Salesforce environment including System Integration Testing.
9. Have In-depth understanding of Salesforce capabilities and constraints.
10. Experience with defining and reporting QA metrics for defined releases.
11. Experience in executing Testing in an Agile/Scrum methodology, is a must.
12. Admin Certification in Salesforce will be an added advantage.
13. Experience in Test Automation with Tools like TOSCA or any other Test automation Tool will be an added advantage.
14. Any Experience with Sales Cloud/Quote / Marketing Cloud /Partner community testing is an added advantage.
