Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with marketing and development teams to create and execute the test plan and coordinate the release activities.
Partner with the marketing automation platform team to ensure that the applications meet business and technical requirements and are of high quality.
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and scenarios for Marketing Automation platforms using Test Management and Automation Tools.
Develop and maintain validation strategies to test functional and non-functional requirements.
Execute the test plan and report bugs and other relevant data to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide detailed bug reports.
Typical Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a Test engineering role.
Excellent understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodology.
Experience in writing Test case design, test case execution and standard test practices.
Solid understanding of SQL and experience with database testing.
Experience with testing Marketing Automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Marketo, HubSpot, Iterable, or similar.
Good to have knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as conflict resolution skills
Good knowledge or experience in dashboard preparation, Management updates, status reporting etc.
Good to have knowledge or experience with Test Automation Skills, Java, JavaScript, Selenium, BDD (Cucumber) Framework, RestAssured and JMeter.
Good to have knowledge or experience with enterprise level test automation tools including open source and commercial ones.
