QA with experience in Salesforce testing. Works closely with business and partner IT teams to understand business requirements, perform SIT, regression and test automation
Roles and Responsibilities
Understand software requirements specifications to a detailed level
Utilize innovative testing technologies to develop test design techniques
Prepare test cases for UI, Functionality, Automation, Performance and Security testing
Perform manual testing of all application functionality in scope
Test the application across commonly used devices and browsers
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Analyze and report defects; create test reports, co-ordinate with stakeholders
Define Quality Metrics and implement measurements to determine test effectiveness, testing efficiency, and measure the overall quality
Collaborate with developers on resolution
Effective client communication skill
What you need to bring:
Education and Experience Required
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience or a Master's degree and up to 2 years of experience.
3-5yrs experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
Strong understanding Salesforce fundamentals.
Strong knowledge on Test Management tools like SPIRA
Strong knowledge on Tosca automation tool
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Expertise in authoring positive and negative test scenarios
Understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle and processes.
Expertise in executing Test scripts and report defects
Strong working knowledge of SQL, understanding table structure and writing basic queries will be a plus
Prior Experience in Automation is an added advantage
