Responsibilities:
Salesforce QA Engineer will be handling QA automation, testing activities of Salesforce for Smith & Nephew.
Collaborate with technical or solutions architects and internal partners on integrations and solution testing.
Need to develop the standard methodologies for QA process to ensure zero defects in production.
Coordinate with project teams regarding testing, automation and testing plans.
Required Skills
4+ years of total experience in all QA activities required to efficiently implement medium and large enterprise Salesforce implementation projects.
2 years of development experience in any programming language.
Hands on Experience in SFDC QA automation. (any tool)
Planning and execution the entire testing process
Proficiencies
Define the types of Testing needed based on requirements:
Unit testing, Smoke Testing, Regression Testing, SIT, UAT, End to End Testing, Load testing, Security testing, Performance testing etc.
Define testing approach & suggest automation tool if applicable
Adding new defects, re-testing, Defect triage, Regression Testing and test sign off
Define the setup required for each environment and interfacing systems.
Define backup of test data and restore strategy
Identifying if the process of testing is going in sync with the software development
Release management plan with appropriate version history that will make sure test execution for all modification in that release and preparing the status report of testing activities
Education:
Min bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar field.
Certifications & licenses:
Any Salesforce Certification OR Selenium Certified professional preferred
