As a Salesforce Tester, you willsupport the team with testing best practices to ensure quality is built in and inherent to team delivery.
Basic Qualifications & Experience:
1-3 years of experience in Salesforce Applications Testing.
Strong knowledge in Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.
Strong understanding in Salesforce Profiles, Permission sets, OWD, Sharing rules, Validation rules, Approval process, email templates, FLOWs, Process builder and Triggers
Strong knowledge in using workbench, DataLoader and Salesforce Reports/Dashboards.
Basic Knowledge in writing SOQL queries
Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve defects.
Strong in Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience covering Functional and Non-Functional testing.
Knowledge in SDLC and STLC.
Nice to Have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with working on JIRA (Or another equivalent tool) preferred
Salesforce Certifications (Admin/Sales/Service Cloud)
