About the Job:
Using testing techniques, design, develop, analyze test plans and strategies, write and execute test cases, and troubleshoot defects for applications. Determine integrated testing solutions that include cross dependencies between organizations and programs, develop data and environment strategies utilizing architectural skills and methodology to meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability and security needs. Responsibilities may include E2E testing which encompasses the entire customer experience including sales, ordering, provisioning, activation, billing, payment processing, and customer service. E2E testing also requires extensive knowledge of the Network for integrated IT / Network tests to ensure services function, are properly billed, and issues can be resolved/managed. Job Contribution: Senior level technical expertise. Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expert on ATT technologies.
Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View
Define test strategy and metrics, develop test plans, and coordinate execution.
Develop test plans covering functional, integration, regression, sanity, performance, and UAT aspects for Salesforce and MuleSoft deployments.
Test Salesforce service cloud applications. Test application integration using MuleSoft AnyPoint Studio.
Design and develop test automation scripts using Java and Selenium.
Create test suites. Perform test execution including API testing, cross device, cross browser testing, regression, and sanity testing.
Lead a testing team and work with testing team members to execute test plans and document defects.
Coordinate with development teams for resolution.
Document and track test outcomes and progress against targeted plans.
Work with different technical teams including development, operations, business, and architecture to discuss functional and performance test results and troubleshoot issues.
Represent the testing team in PI planning, Scrum calls, and meetings with business owners, technical managers, and stakeholders.
Perform analysis of test results, categorization of defects, and assessment of overall product quality including functional and non-functional.
Document and track test artifacts using Jira, source-code control, and test automation scripts.
Perform production sanity test post release deployment and present results to management.
Overall – 2 to 7 years’ experience in Test Automation using Selenium/Katalon Automation tools. Salesforce Application Automation is an added advantage.
• Good to have SF Cloud Automation Experience
• Experience with automation testing
• Exposure to Katalon & Selenium WebDriver
• Hands on experience with GUI & API Automation using Java
• Good knowledge in Groovy scripting and BDD- Cucumber framework
• Should have knowledge in UNIX, Linux & SQL
• Well versed in Rest API.
• Experience in Test/Defect Management tool (Preferably in JIRA/Zephyr)
• Exposure to Mobile Automation using Appium
• Exposure to Framework development
• Good to have Telecom Domain/Ecommerce Application Exposure
