Experience in Salesforce application testing, which is developed or customized in Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Experience Cloud/Marketing Cloud and exposure in validating functional flows in Lead/ Opportunity/Quote/Case Management with Reports and Dashboards, integration and validations.
Good knowledge and understanding of Salesforce Configurations related to Permission sets/Roles and Profiles/Validation rules/Approval process/Objects relationships/Assignment rules etc.
Exposure in using multiple QA Tools such as JIRA/HP ALM/Azure DevOps for tracking requirements, test scenarios and defects (Good to have).
Experience in working on workbench and data loader tools.
Should have basic knowledge of Salesforce Admin and Lightening/Classic Environment.
Working knowledge of Standard and Custom Objects and Tabs.
Good hands-on testing experience with the Salesforce UI and navigation Test Salesforce or Force apps
Have some experience working in Salesforce projects which involve Community and sales/service cloud Knowledge of cross-browser, and mobile responsive testing for Android, iOS platforms, etc.
Should have knowledge of API (SOAP and REST), API testing tools like Postman etc.
Standard Testing
Experience in Software Testing Experience in Software Development Life Cycle.
Good in communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and a team player.
Should have worked in Agile projects and have knowledge of Agile Methodologies (SCRUM) Experience in JIRA/ Confluence and similar test management tools.
Hands-on experience in smoke testing, functional testing, regression testing, shakedown testing etc.
