Must have:
• Overall 8+ years of experience of IT industry
• 5+ years of strong Salesforce platform/cloud specific testing (Manual + Automation) experience
• 4+ years of experience in JAVA/Selenium, TESTNG framework
• 2+ years of TOSCA automation experience
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
• 8+ years of work experience in testing software applications
• Needs to have a thorough knowledge on Functional Testing, Manual Testing, Automated Testing, Deployment Testing and E2E testing
• Write and execute test cases across the Salesforce clouds – preferably Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Create Test Plans and Test cases for new and existing features with detailed approach of testing, scheduling, and test exit criteria
• Ensure User Story Acceptance Criteria is tested to meet the highest software quality within schedule timelines
• Create and perform automated and manual functional and regression tests using appropriate tools
• Must have knowledge in Data Loader to insert, update, and bulk import or export of data from Salesforce Objects
• Proficient in working on Integration testing, Cross browser testing, Mobile testing, Translation testing
• Participate in defect triage meetings
• Strong communication skills
• Strong skills in independently driving complex projects
• Automation – good with Selenium/ TestNG hands-on. Additionally, must have hands-on in the following:
Framework, POM, CI/CD concepts
• Capable of handling the Automation POC and estimations
• Good in Code optimization and best practices
Good hands on in Agile process
Must be good with Test process – Test Plan, Approach, Test design & scripting
Should be flexible and adaptable to complex situations. Maintain overlapping hours with US work hours to collaborate with client.
