Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with QA engineers to understand software requirements and design comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Execute manual test cases to identify software defects and issues.
Document and track software defects, and work with development teams to facilitate their resolution.
Assist in the development and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements within the QA team.
Participate in regression testing, smoke testing, and other types of software testing as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software releases.
Provide feedback on user experience and software functionality.
Qualifications:
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
Basic understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Eagerness to learn and apply new skills in the field of software quality assurance.
Familiarity with bug tracking tools and test case management tools is a plus.
Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) is a bonus but not required.
Passion for ensuring a high level of quality in software products.
