Requirements:
Functional/ Technical Skills:
• Good with Coding skills and has Practically worked in past on High Quality scalable Automation Frameworks using Selenium/Nightwatch, Appium or Backend Automation.
• Create Test plans, Test cases and lead the Test cases Review Meetings with Product owners.
• Understands how projects/teams interact with other teams.
• Understands the projects Architecture and Functionality.
• Worked on CI/CD tools.
• Understands testing and monitoring tools.
• Debugs Automation Test failures and have good knowledge of Splunk.
• Proactive in coming up with New Ideas and Implement them to Automate Functionality.
• Ability to Design and Implement Robust and Scalable Test automation scripts.
• Passionate about Overall Quality and Automation First Approach.
• Is comfortable working with several forms of technology.
• Understands the relationship between applications, databases and technology platforms.
• Tests complex or non-routine software applications and related programs and procedures to ensure they meet design/ Business requirements.
• Effectively applies knowledge of software design principles, data structures and/or design patterns and computer science fundamentals to write Test Automation code that is clean, maintainable, optimised, modular with good naming conventions.
• Leads Test/Automation Planning and Defects Triaging meetings.
• Brings together different stakeholders with varied perspectives to work towards the Quality of the Releases.
• Collate Data around Testing and Automation to Present to the Stakeholders.
Role Summary
A high performing individual contributor with 7+ years of Experience who can act as a mentor to more junior engineers, applies new engineering principles to improve the Overall Quality of the system and is responsible for leading the Quality and Test Automation efforts for complex, well-defined projects.
• Developed Automation Frameworks in past.
• Worked on the Testing and Automation Planning and Execution for Complex projects especially Direct to Customers systems.
