• You will be actively contributing to Data platform QA Engineering to make sure platform can support and transform the data as per tenant requirements.
• Implementation of tenant business requirements automation tests.
• Active contribution in CI/CD process of new releases and defect prevention for the platform.
• Situational connect with Tenants/ business stakeholders, to directly present the work done and take feedback on the same.
• Provide progress reports about the automation testing activities and manage risks and issues
• Own and deliver features end to end test,Review test coverage for requirements and test case- create, execute and document tests (technical, functional and non-functional)
• Driving improvements within the project to ensure effective and efficient testing with focus to reduce manual effort and increase speed to market
Your expertise
• Ideally 5+ years of work experience in developing JAVA, Spring boot framework based application at enterprise level.
• Hands-on experience in Java, REST API,Maven, Cucumber BDD framework testing.
• Analyze, design, and build automated test cases based on acceptance criteria captured in user stories.
• Researching issues in software with remediation geared towards designing & developing test automation
• Good understanding of SQL,Python/Scala, DataLake /DataBricks/BigData/ETL concepts
• Good understanding with CI/CD, Git/ GitHub /GitLab, Pipelines
• Exposure to Kafka.
• Experience of Agile Methodology.
Desirable Experience:
• Public cloud exposure like Azure, AWS.
• Microservice architecture pattern experience.
• Docker & Kubernetes Knowledge
