Responsibilities:
As an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Test engineer, you will report directly to the Test Manager. Your technical and engineering expertise will be critical for contributing to an IAM team for quality analysis, Testing of Identity & Access Management program architecture, infrastructure, capabilities, components and standards. Specifically, you will be responsible for contributing to IAM Test planning, estimation, Test preparation, Test execution, Defect logging and reporting.

The Test Analysts role would also require helping develop and establish quality assurance standards and measures for the IAM services within the organization.
The individual may also be required to gather and analyse data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements.
The QA Analyst is expected to apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate IAM applications through careful testing
Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas.
Ensure that testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfil end-user requirements, and identify existing or potential issues.
Collaborate with software/systems personnel in application testing, such as system, unit, regression, load, and acceptance testing methods.
Make recommendations for improvement of applications to programmers and software developers or engineers.
Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management.
Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of quality assurance best practices.
Our ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and have demonstrable experience with the following:
Modern approaches to IT service-oriented architectures and applications. Specifically, good experience with implementing services using Microservices architectures, DevOps, and continuous delivery of IAM services and applications in a hybrid computing environment.
Experience in testing Services based Integration (i.e. REST and SOAP) of role-based access control, Active Directory, LDAP, Single Sign-On, End-User provisioning, identity and access governance, and identity data synchronization services with existing applications and systems.
Deep knowledge with 3+ years’ experience of Identity and Access Management standards, principles and practices.
5+ years’ experience of Quality Assurance testing in a large-scale environment.
Knowledge in Test automation using Selenium, Java, API’s would be an added advantage
Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners.
Information Security or internal IT audit experience a plus.
Experience with statistical reporting and analysis.

Possesses advanced listening skills and advanced team dynamic problem solving, root cause analysis, and resolution.
Has worked efficiently and effectively in IAM teams of 5+ individuals in a highly demanding environment.
Proven performance in critical thinking and usage of innovative thinking for enhancing team capabilities and providing solutions for new challenges, issues, and requirements.
Education and Technical Experience
Bachelor of Science in computer science.
3 to 5 years’ experience in QA
1 to 3 years of experience with identity management products such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CA and/or Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).
Desired Certifications
ISTQB would be an added advantage
Agile Certification like Certified scrum Master would be an added advantage
Any Cybersecurity Certification would be an added advantage
