Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cyber Security Test Lead to lead our cyber security testing efforts. As a Cyber Security Test Lead, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing comprehensive testing strategies for our organization's cyber security systems. You will provide leadership to a team of security test engineers and ensure the effectiveness of security testing measures. Your expertise in testing, security, and team management will be vital in safeguarding our digital assets and systems against potential threats.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive cyber security testing strategy, encompassing PKI systems, cryptographic algorithms, Hardware Security Modules (HSM), Smart cards, and PKCS standards.
Lead a team of security test engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure the team's performance and effectiveness.
Design and oversee the creation of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for evaluating the security and performance of our cyber security systems.
Conduct advanced vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and assess security vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for mitigation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security testing into the software development lifecycle, ensuring the identification and resolution of security vulnerabilities during development.
Lead the execution of security testing on network infrastructure, applications, and systems to pinpoint and mitigate potential risks.
Oversee the development and maintenance of test environments, tools, and frameworks that facilitate efficient and effective testing of cyber security systems.
Document and communicate comprehensive test results, including findings, recommendations, and mitigation strategies, to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure the timely resolution of identified security vulnerabilities and issues.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in cyber security testing methodologies, PKI systems, crypto algorithms, HSMs, Smart cards, and PKCS standards.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of security testing efforts.
Contribute to the development of security policies, standards, and best practices.
Ensure that cyber security testing practices meet industry standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in cyber security testing, with a focus on PKI systems, crypto algorithms, HSMs, Smart cards, and PKCS standards.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of security test engineers.
Strong knowledge and understanding of PKI concepts, including certificate authorities, certificate lifecycle management, and public-key cryptography.
Proficiency in testing crypto algorithms and their applications, such as RSA, AES, ECC, and hashing algorithms.
Experience in testing and evaluating HSMs and Smart card technologies.
Familiarity with PKCS standards, including PKCS#11 and PKCS#7.
Solid understanding of network protocols, secure communication protocols (e.g., SSL/TLS), and authentication mechanisms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and exploit security vulnerabilities.
Excellent documentation and reporting skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of secure coding practices and the software development lifecycle.
