Role and responsibilities:
Utilize your 3+ years of experience in quality assurance roles, with a focus on Salesforce platform testing.
Serve as a QA expert within the SFDC environment, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Conduct both manual and automation testing to validate the functionality and performance of Salesforce solutions.
Write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases to effectively cover all aspects of the application.
Apply your knowledge of testing integrations and end-to-end system processes to identify and address potential issues.
Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, proactively identifying and resolving defects and issues.
Think outside the box to develop innovative testing strategies and approaches.
Work collaboratively within an Agile/Scrum development process, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
Technical and Functional Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in quality assurance roles, with a focus on automation testing.
Proven expertise as a QA expert within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Experience in both manual and automation testing methodologies.
Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
