Senior Analyst, QA will be responsible for day-to-day test preparation and test execution activities. Analyst will be responsible for the validation of front-end and back-end systems as well as performing automation as and when required. This includes understanding processes and functionality, knowledge of the overall system, mapping of required interfaces, and understanding of data requirements. This role requires the individual to work closely with QA leaderships in the creation and execution of test deliverables, analysis of test results, detection and documentation of defects, and validation of bug fixes.
Who You Are:
• A skilled QA Automation Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in automation testing.
• Having a strong technical background and experience in developing and maintaining automation scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Having working knowledge on CICD and SCM tools.
• Eager to utilize new technologies to design, develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Someone who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements and develop test strategies.
• Having strong experience in automation testing tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, or any other automation tool
• Someone interested in utilizing AI capabilities for increasing testing efficiencies.
• Having experience with programming languages such as Java, Python or JavaScript.
You Also Have:
• Experience on Cucumber BDD framework.
• Experience in developing and maintaining automation scripts within the automation framework.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive environment.
• Good understanding of testing methodologies and testing processes.
• Understands software development life cycle process and various testing techniques.
• Generates a variety of approaches to problem solving including new and novel ideas
• Comfortable with change and challenging convention
• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Highly motivated and committed to the development of high-quality work
• Good understanding of scripting or programming languages (e.g. JavaScript, Core Java).
• Good understanding for API's for backend and front end (REST, SOAP or application proprietary API's).
• Performance testing experience using tools such as RFT or Jmeter would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge on Retail E-commerce an added advantage.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
