AAs a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, you will write test plans and perform manual executions of testing across a variety of software products. This includes performing audits and tests of software products in accordance with software test plans and procedures, debugging and characterizing defects, and providing detailed configuration and descriptions for passing and failing tests for product evaluation reports. The successful candidate will also maintain documentation of test operations and reports results to engineering, identify actual or potential problems in test plans or Company products and assist product development engineers in the diagnosis and replication of product failures.

Analyze test output, identify discrepancies, and clearly document defects.
Communicate and explain the testing methodology, processes, tools, templates, environment, and concepts to Team Members.
Write test strategies that document testing approach to include number/type of test cycles required, existing test scripts to use/update, new test scripts to write, environment requirements, training needs, and backend system testing.
Evaluate current test practices and recommend and execute a path to the use of testing automation
Ability to manage for flexible demand and to quickly prioritize when constraints arise.
Plan, lead, assign, supervise, and control activities related Quality Assurance best practices for the Retail Development & Pharmacy Support Team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience Required: Over 5 years
Experience Desired: Understand and be able to explain overall high-level architecture options
Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree
