Educational Qualifications: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech, Any Undergraduate/Postgraduate
Total years of experience: 5 to 10 years
Automation QA
Minimum 5 years of working experience on Manual & Automation testing.
Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM Testing methodologies
Well versed with Test Case and Defect Management tools like JIRA/Rally
Experience in analyzing the requirements, creating test plans, comprehensive test cases(TDD/BDD approach), test reports and maintaining automation scripts
Must be proficient in Java and Object oriented programming.
Experience in creating automation scripts using (Selenium, TestNG, Page Object Model) and implementing automation frameworks
Experience in Automating Web APIs using tools like SOAP UI, Postman, RestAssured, Httpclient
Experience with versioning systems (Subversion-SVN, Git / GitHub, Mercurial) and Continuous Integration (Jenkins, others).
Strong knowledge on software quality assurance methodologies, software testing best practices and quality metrics
Must possess the mindset to switch between Manual and Automation roles in an Agile team environment.
Develop and continuously improve automated tests as new system features and enhancements are developed.
Excellent reporting, time management, analytical & communication capabilities.
Ability to learn new testing tools/framework and approaches appropriate to the technologies being utilized.
Must be able to work independently and with minimum supervision

Experience automating Insurance platforms like EIS, GW
Performance testing experience
