Develops and evaluates equipment and processes to improve the safety, reliability, and maintainability of products and systems.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Planning reliability tests and conducting analysis of field failures while developing and administering reliability information systems for failure analysis and performance improvement.
Identifying quality or service related issues. Reporting and communicating them to other departments and prioritizing as required for containment, correction, and prevention.
Conducting or coordinating root cause analysis and reliability testing; analyzing and communicating results and recommendations.
Leading internal audit projects; conducting the implementation of inspection techniques and providing training and coaching to others.
